• Back-office operations

3. User Obligations

• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Service Level Agreements

• All client data is treated as confidential
• Employees sign confidentiality agreements

7. Payment Terms

Either party may terminate services:

• With appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For violation of confidentiality or security requirements

11. Force Majeure

UNO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic.

13. Privacy Policy

14. Modifications
